Executive Sous Chef 4.5 star Hotel
We are looking for an energetic, motivated, hardworking Chefs
Must have Trade Qualifications and a minimum of 4 years’ experience as Sous Chef or Executive Sous Chef in a similar Role
Responsibilities are to assist the Executive Chef in the day to day running of a busy hotel operation
Banqueting and Buffet experience will be highly regarded
Ability to guide and inspire a team of local chefs to the next level
Chef de Partie
Must be hardworking, honest, and reliable with the ability to run your section of the kitchen to the standards of our busy hotel, trade qualifications required with APTC or Nus minimum completion
Seeking a young energetic career minded cook/chef with a passion for hospitality and the drive to be a chef in the future
Providing assistance on all matters pertaining to cash collection and deposit
Experience working in a spa or therapy centre environment preferred, and excellent customer service and sales skills. Can do manicures, pedicures, waxing, facials, massages and other works as assigned.
