Having a passion for all things in food, our Executive Chef, Sham Chopra started off as a Chef de Partie in 1980 after completing his training at Hotel Oberoi Intercontinental. Sham has since worked across South East Asia, Australia and Pacific Islands including his own catering solutions business assisting Airlines and large corporate clients in product development and creating menus for fine dining restaurants. Most recently Sham has worked as Executive Chef and Executive Assistant Manager at the highly awarded Airways Hotel in Port Moresby.

Current Time On The Island
We were the first guests to arrive at this very new hotel and were blown away at how spectacular the resort is. The room we had, had a spectacular view of the ocean, the staff were wonderful and always try to please us. I loved sitting by the pool and having a cocktail or I could take a few steps into the ocean and go for a swim.
