Taumeasina Island Resort VIP Card

VIP membership to Taumeasina Island Resort is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase and is currently available in two levels, Silver and Gold.

VIP Membership is ideal for people who frequently travel to Samoa or locals living in Samoa, allowing for discounts at our restaurants and use of our facilities such as the pool and gym when wanted.

All cardholders must present their VIP membership upon arrival with a valid photo ID to Taumeasina Island Resort reception, spa, bar, or restaurant for any discounts are applied. The VIP membership entitles ONLY the card holder.  Discounts to any of the resort outlets would be only for the card holder on one bill only.  The Resort and pool rules/etiquette listed at Taumeasina Island Resort swimming pool must be always followed, including the use of the gym and spa. When booking for a stay at Taumeasina Island Resort and Day Spa your VIP card MUST be presented upon arrival with an I.D. Previously confirmed rates WILL NOT BE ALTERED at the Front Desk & Spa if failure to do so.  Member MUST BE present, and the card MUST BE PRESENTED physically to obtain the discounts at the respective outlets. Once payments of services have been rendered, discounts will not be applied here after. The discounts of the VIP Card cannot be combined with other resort discounts/specials and promotions. This will include spa, restaurants, and bars. There will be NO discounts applied to any group dinners or events greater than 10 or more paxWhen booking accommodation and/or meals, if the member is not staying or present at the restaurant or spa, the discounts/privileges will not be honoured. VIP Card cannot be passed on to another person to use on the member’s behalf. Taumeasina Island Resort reserves the right to terminate this contract at any time due to bad behaviour, misuse of privileges or failure to comply with the Resort’s policies. Privileges or the use of the card is only for the member who has signed and paid for the membership to which the card cannot be given to anyone on member’s behalf. 
Pool Towels are provided at the Front Desk and MUST be returned to the Front Desk. VIP Card is valid for 12 months from the date of issue. If the VIP card is lost or stolen, member must report this immediately to the Front Desk. A reissue fee of $500 is applicable to continue with the program. A new VIP Card number will be issued, and all records associated with the lost card will be cancelled. A new form will be filled to continue with the remainder of the time left for the lost VIP card.
