Samoa’s famous Fia Fia evening is a night to remember when holidaying in Samoa. Watch this traditional Polynesian dance performed by professional locals. The evening is filled with food, dancing, song and the famous knife-fire dance where the men perform using a large knife with burning flames at either end is twirled around their necks, through their legs, under their arms and over their bodies to the rhythmic beat of the music.
Each Saturday evening Cascade's Poolside Dining showcases this amazing and mesmerising show. Bookings are essential and sell out quickly. Enquire through our contact us page

We were the first guests to arrive at this very new hotel and were blown away at how spectacular the resort is. The room we had, had a spectacular view of the ocean, the staff were wonderful and always try to please us. I loved sitting by the pool and having a cocktail or I could take a few steps into the ocean and go for a swim.
